The Olive Sandwich platters are made with regular, locally baked sliced white & granary breads and we use vegetable based spread. The meat/ vegetarian suitable fillings are usually on a 60/40 ratio, but please let us know if you wish to change this figure.
For an additional 20p per head, the sandwiches can be made with a variety of French baguette, maize flour bread, sour dough, ciabatta, and foccacia
